Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Affiliate Marketing & Sales Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affiliate marketing, particularly within the mobile app vertical, and experience working with
CPI and CPA models
. This role requires proactive
client acquisition, relationship management, and campaign optimization
to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients to sell digital ad and campaign solutions.
- Drive new client and partner onboarding, ensuring a steady pipeline of business opportunities.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and tailored advertising solutions.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and product presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (data, delivery, and client servicing) to ensure seamless execution of ad campaigns.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Provide detailed reports on sales performance, client feedback, and campaign analytics to management.
Publisher & Affiliate Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with publisher partners to drive mutual growth.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new publishers to expand our network with high-quality partners.
- Oversee the execution and performance of mobile-based campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies to enhance conversion rates and maximize ROI.
- Generate performance reports and insights for both internal teams and publisher partners.
- Address and resolve any campaign delivery or performance challenges proactively.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices in mobile affiliate marketing.
- Negotiate competitive terms, commissions, and contracts with mobile publishers.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a focus on mobile-based campaigns or affiliate program management.
- Strong understanding of mobile attribution, deep linking, and fraud prevention techniques.
- Familiarity with mobile affiliate marketing platforms and strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships effectively.
- Highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms and third-party tracking tools like Swaarm, Offerslook, Affise, Trackier, etc., is a plus.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency with Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) tools such as AppsFlyer, Branch, and Adjust for mobile campaign tracking and analytics.
- Familiarity with common analytics tools and BI platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report creation and presentations.
