Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager, located in Electronic city. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing the store team, addressing client needs, and implementing strategies to minimize retail loss. The role also involves ensuring the store aligns with brand standards and maintains a welcoming, professional environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills to engage with clients and staff effectively
- Experience in Store Management with a focus on operational efficiency
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in the beauty or retail industry is a plus
