About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused fresh graduates to join our Medical Billing team as Patient Callers. The role involves contacting patients regarding their medical bills, insurance details, outstanding balances, and supporting them with queries in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to patients regarding medical bills, insurance coverage, payment plans, and outstanding balances.
  • Explain billing details clearly and resolve patient concerns with empathy and accuracy.
  • Collect and update patient information, demographics, and payment details when required.
  • Follow scripts, guidelines, and HIPAA compliance for patient confidentiality.
  • Document call outcomes and update the billing system accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Maintain call quality, productivity, and daily/weekly targets.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle patient queries professionally and patiently.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare terms (added advantage).
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, typing, navigation).

Eligibility

  • Any graduate (BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, BE, etc.).
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
  • Willingness to work in US shifts (Night shift).
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
