Position Type: Full-time

We are looking for an AR Caller with a passion for resolving billing issues and helping our patients navigate their healthcare costs. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring timely payments, effective collections, and smooth coordination between healthcare providers and insurance companies.

What You’ll Do:
Follow-up Calls: Make outbound and receive inbound calls to patients and insurers regarding outstanding accounts, ensuring timely resolution of unpaid balances.

Billing Resolution: Investigate billing discrepancies, work with insurance providers to ensure accurate payment, and provide assistance to patients with billing inquiries.

Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of communications and actions taken for each account.

Collaboration: Work with the billing team to identify and resolve claim denials, ensuring proper submission of claims and prompt resolution.

Goal-Oriented: Meet monthly targets for AR collection and outstanding balance resolution.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 6 months to 3 years in medical billing, AR management, or healthcare-related customer service.

Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity: Knowledge of insurance verification, coding, and the medical billing process.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
