  • Coordinate product content readiness across teams (Geo 4P, merchandisers, Global content team) including content authors, developers, QA, and localization.
  • Track go-live schedules and maintain product launch trackers to ensure visibility and accountability.
  • Validate pre-production readiness (SKU availability, pricing, assets, SEO tags, meta data, etc.) before go-lives.
  • Facilitate smooth handoffs between development and QA teams; escalate blockers proactively.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with go-live governance processes.
  • Assist in post-live checks to ensure pricing, images, and copy reflect accurately on site.
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to gather requirements and provide status updates.
  • Support product lifecycle updates including rollouts, refreshes, end-of-life, and site maintenance.
  • Contribute to process improvements and documentation updates based on feedback and learnings.
  • Leverage internal tools (e.g., JIRA, SharePoint, Power BI, CMS) to manage and report progress.
