Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Launch Manager located in Bengaluru.

The Launch Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of new store and city launches, ensuring smooth and timely rollouts. Additionally, they will be responsible for rectifying existing underperforming or problematic stores, bringing them up to operational standards.

This role involves managing on-ground launch associates, coordinating with multiple internal teams, and ensuring operational readiness and process compliance across all stores.

The position offers a CTC of ₹3.6 LPA to ₹4.2 LPA, with opportunities for career growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute store and city launches as per company timelines.


• Lead and manage a team of Launch Team Associates deployed across multiple store locations.


• Identify operational gaps at new and existing stores, and implement corrective actions to improve performance.


• Rectify underperforming or problematic stores by ensuring process compliance, staff readiness, and proper stock management.


• Ensure stores are fully operational with proper staffing, stock, and process adherence before launch.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain, Training, Operations, and Technology.


• Track daily progress, analyze performance metrics, and report updates to city and central leadership.


• Conduct training and performance reviews for launch associates and store teams.


• Optimize manpower utilization, travel scheduling, and overall field efficiency.


• Maintain cost control while ensuring high-quality execution of all launch activities.

Qualifications


• Strong Project Management, Coordination, and Risk Management skills.


• Experience in Supply Chain Optimization, Logistics, and Last-Mile Delivery.


• Strong Analytical and Data-Driven Decision-Making capabilities.


• Excellent Communication and Cross-Functional Collaboration skills.


• Adaptability and Problem-Solving skills with a hands-on approach.


• Experience in the Quick Commerce or Logistics industry preferred.


• Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA or equivalent preferred).


• Experience Range: 2–5 years in operations, supply chain, or store management roles.
