Job Title: Figma Web Designer

About Us:

We are a creative web studio building visually striking websites in the software and tech industry. We're looking for a full-time Web Designer to help bring ideas to life.

Role Overview:

This is a full-time, on-site role based at the founder's residence. You'll be responsible for designing websites directly in Figma. We're looking for someone who brings both creative vision and fully own projects end-to-end with perfection.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build responsive, production-ready websites using Figma
  • Translate briefs and brand identities into polished digital experiences
  • Collaborate directly with the founder and creative team
  • Ensure consistency, performance, and responsiveness across all breakpoints
  • Contribute ideas to improve design quality, user experience, and workflow
  • Fully own projects end-to-end

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Figma
  • A portfolio showcasing your best Web Design works (not just any example)
  • Deep understanding of layout, spacing, typography
  • Attention to detail and pride in clean, functional design
  • Ability to work from the founder's residence full-time
  • Clear communication and the ability to take initiative

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with development in Framer
  • Background in branding, UI/UX, or digital product design
  • Interest in startups, SaaS, or creative tech

Compensation

  1. ₹50,000–₹80,000/month, based on experience and skill
  2. On-site setup with a collaborative, focused work environment
