Vyometra Global LLP is seeking a talented Web Designer to join our team in Bangalore with hybrid and remote options available. Vyometra is a digital growth partner that empowers businesses and professionals to build and scale their online presence through strategic marketing, design, and technology.

Role Overview

As a Web Designer, you will create visually engaging, user-friendly websites that balance cutting-edge design with business goals. You will work closely with marketing and development teams to deliver responsive, SEO-optimized, and brand-consistent digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver websites using WordPress, Elementor, Wix, Shopify, HTML, or similar CMS/platforms.
  • Collaborate with teams to create web layouts, landing pages, and digital assets.
  • Ensure responsive design and mobile compatibility across devices.
  • Optimize sites for loading speed, SEO, and visitor conversion.
  • Maintain and enhance existing websites regularly.
  • Stay updated on web design trends and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in WordPress, Elementor, Wix, Shopify, HTML, or equivalent CMS/platforms.
  • Strong UI/UX design sensibility, wireframing, and prototyping skills.
  • Basic CSS and JavaScript knowledge.
  • Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Understanding of SEO and web performance optimization.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of relevant web design experience.
  • Portfolio showcasing live websites or design work.

Compensation

₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month during a 6-month probation period, with a performance-based hike thereafter.
