Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Project Coordinator to serve as the operational bridge between internal teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring project deliverables are met on time, workflows run smoothly, and any internal roadblocks are swiftly addressed. While this position does not involve direct client coordination, it plays a critical role in driving project completion through internal collaboration and disciplined execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cross-Team Coordination: Act as the central link between development, QA, design, and other internal teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
  • Workflow & Timeline Management: Track project milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure tasks are progressing according to plan.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify bottlenecks, escalate blockers, and facilitate quick resolutions to keep projects on track.
  • Status Reporting: Provide regular updates to project managers and leadership on progress, risks, and completion metrics.
  • Documentation & Tracking: Maintain internal project documentation, task boards, and progress trackers using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Support Project Completion: Ensure all internal teams are aligned and resourced to meet project goals within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination within IT services or consulting
  • Hands-on experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders and priorities
