  • Salary Range: Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 18,000/- CTC per month

  • Joining Date: Immediate
  • Language Known: Hindi, English & Gujarati
  • Travelling Required: Yes

Skills Required:

  • Candidate should be flexible, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and an energetic team player
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Gujarati (mandatory).
  • At least 2 Years of working with Governments at District and Above-Level Directly or as part of any Project/NGO
  • Must have experience in livelihood & skill training centre
  • Ability to travel as required.

Roles and responsibilities of VTP Coordinator (VTC):

1. Recruitment & Hiring of Vocational Trainers (VTs):

· Source and screen suitable profiles of VTs as per project requirements.

· Share shortlisted profiles with respective districts for their approval.

· Coordinate with district authorities to follow up and obtain timely approval on profiles.

· Inform the HR team for release of Offer Letters and initiate other joining formalities.

2. Coordination with Field Coordinators (Gujarat):

· Work closely with coordinators located across Gujarat for all operational aspects.

· Provide necessary support to field coordinators and ensure smooth communication between HO and field locations.

· Maintain all assessment and reporting documents in an accurate and easily accessible manner.

3. VT Deployment & Monitoring:

· Track the working status of VTs deployed across government schools in Gujarat.

· Collect monthly attendance of VTs with the assistance of field coordinators.

· Submit consolidated attendance to the HR department within timelines.

4. Billing & Invoice Management:

· Follow up with Samagra Shiksha Gujarat for invoice processing and clearance.

· Maintain proper records of billing and payment status.

5. Visits & Liaisoning:

· Visit Samagra Shiksha Gujarat Head Office as and when required for financial or administrative matters.

· Maintain cordial and professional relationships with district officials and stakeholders.

6. Administrative & Project Support:

· Assist in documentation, reporting, and any operational activities required for smooth functioning of the project.

· Perform any other tasks assigned by management as per project requirements.

· Remain updated and aware of the NSQF policies and guidelines and share them with Vocational trainers, Principal, other Staffs and students. etc.

· Coordinate with Vocational trainer to prepare the syllabus completion reports as per the timeline, submit the same to the HO.
