Key Responsibilities

MRI Procedures

  • Greet, prepare and counsel patients and their families about the MRI procedures
  • Checking of patient details/treatment prescribed from file before proceeding with the 

MRI process

  • Assisting the patients in placing themselves correctly on the machine
  • Monitoring the system during the ongoing MRI
  • Selecting the correct film from the screening and forwarding them to the X-ray room for printing purpose
  • Coordinating and assisting radiologists and also on individual basis
  • Informing about equipment breakdown to the chief/manager or company
  • Attending to on-call emergencies and non working days
  • Coordinating with other sections of radiology as and when required
  • Listing down of materials needed from the general stores
