Objective
To systematically line up patients, maintain data about patients and doctor availability and resolving queries in the OPD.
Key Responsibilities

Administration
- Attending to calls and giving appointments as per doctor availability
- Peparataion of patient files as per patient details
- Maintaining data for patient waiting time for OPD in excel on daily basis and forwarding the same in the dedicated whatsapp group
- Processing the billing in OPD of patients
- Taking note of doctor in-out maintenance in excel
- Coordinating with patients by directing them to othe departments or referring them to other doctors etc
- Schedulling the allocation of consultation rooms to doctors
- Submitting monthly MIS like patient data, in-out, follow up/new patients to HOD
- Informing HR through mails about doctor leave
- Resolving all patients and department queries on timely basis
