We are seeking an experienced
Project Engineer
to oversee hotel development and preopening activities based in Indore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing hotel construction, fit-out, and preopening engineering operations, ensuring that all works are executed within budget, on schedule, and according to brand standards and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution:
    Supervise day-to-day project activities, including civil, MEP, interior, and façade works.
  • Coordination:
    Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of all project milestones.
  • Preopening Support:
  • Prepare the property for preopening, ensuring readiness of utilities, systems, and operational equipment.
  • Support installation, testing, and commissioning (T&C) of all MEP systems.
  • Coordinate with hotel operations and brand technical teams for compliance with brand standards.
  • Quality & Compliance:
    Ensure all work adheres to quality standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements.
  • Budget & Cost Control:
    Assist in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and monitoring of project budgets.
  • Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records, drawings, progress reports, and handover documentation.
  • Vendor Management:
    Evaluate technical specifications and manage procurement schedules for equipment and materials.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 5–10 years of experience
    in hotel projects, including
    at least one full-cycle preopening project.
  • Strong technical knowledge of MEP, civil, and interior fit-out works.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
