Job Pupose:

To ensure overall compliance of domestic tax laws & regulation

EXPECTED END RESULTS

MAJOR ACTIVITIES

Assist in Tax Details Preparation

Database Management: Maintain and update the tax database with current tax laws and regulations.

Compliance Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws.

Financial Analysis: Analyze financial records to determine the correct amount of taxes due.

Research: Stay updated on new tax laws and regulations and provide guidance on their implications.

Audit Representation: Represent the organization in audits and other tax-related matters.

Reporting: Prepare and file quarterly and annual tax returns.

Stakeholder Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with external tax authorities and other stakeholders.

Team Training: Provide training and guidance to team members regarding tax preparation and filing.

  • GST :-GST Monthly/ Quarterly GST preparation and filing.
  • Filing of annual GST return and prepare reconciliation of 2A/2B.
  • Knowledge about ISD related Compliances (GST)
  • TDS :-Knowledge about TDS rates
  • Ensure payment of TDS by due dates and Quarterly filing of TDS returns including TDS certificates downloading, rectification of returns, justification returns, etc.
  • Income Tax :-Ensure accuracy of TDS Credit (26AS recon) and Advance Tax Payments.
  • Ensure compliance of Transfer Pricing
  • Support in Annual Tax audit and Filing of Income Tax return by Due Date.
  • Knowledge of filing of ITR
  • 15CA/CB

Assessments / Notices / Litigation :-

  • Have handled tax notices, assessment and litigation response filing including co-ordination with consultants etc.

Skills :

  • Excellent knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Educational Qualification –

  • CA with min 5 years of experience in the field of finance and tax

Desired : Candidate willing to work in fast paced environment and can work independently and problem solving attitude.

Relevant Experience –

Must Have: CA with working experience in taxation, both Direct and Indirect
