My Pahadi Dukan is a health and wellness D2C Brand and Marketplace featuring products from communities and small enterprises from the mountains. Our focus is on offering unique and high-quality Himalayan products to a global audience.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Executive based in Delhi-NCR. We are looking for someone who can make the customer feel heard, understand their requirements and solve their queries.
Honesty, Integrity and good communication skills are essential for this role.
Tasks include handling customer inquiries through online support channels (whatsapp, email and phone calls) , resolving shipping issues and order management and providing detailed product information to customers. The role also involves monitoring and following up on customer feedback to ensure a pleasant experience which results in Customer loyalty over time.

Reports directly
to Founders of My Pahadi Dukan.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service
  • Skills in Online Support
  • Strong focus on Customer Happiness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with high integrity and honesty
  • Experience with e-commerce websites based on Shopify is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Ability to anticipate & prevent, rather than just react & resolve

Working hours:
10am to 6pm - Monday to Saturday (Hybrid)
