**Job Description:**
We are urgently hiring for **Customer Support Executives** to join the **Airtel Email & Chat Process** at our Karapakkam office. The ideal candidates will handle customer queries through email and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:*** Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat.
* Resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
* Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to achieve customer satisfaction.
**Required Skills:*** **Excellent communication skills** in **English** and **Hindi** (verbal and written).
* Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
* Ability to handle queries efficiently and professionally through non-voice channels.
**Eligibility Criteria:**
* **Qualification:** Any graduate (Graduation is **mandatory**)
* **Experience:** Minimum **1 year of experience** in any field or domain (preferably in customer support).
* **Freshers are not eligible.**
**Job Details:*** **Salary:** ₹14,000/- Take Home per month
* **Shift Timing:** 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
