The Pahwa Group is seeking to fill Sales Manager position. The ideal candidate should be a Graduate Engineer (Mechanical/ Electrical), with 12-15 years of experience in Industrial product capital equipment sale, especially process and utility equipment.

The position would report to Vice President- Industrial (ATD)

Responsibilities:

  • Competitor Mapping and market Landscape assessment

  • Key account Management

  • Business Development new region mapping

  • Develop and maintain relation with key clients

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams

  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies

  • Making Presentations for the customers

  • Incumbent will be accountable for organizing trade shows and seminars etc.

  • Team Leadership Manage the Sales & Service Engineers and provide them guidance for their roles

  • Coordination with Plant, Shipping, Operations, Accounts for Sales.

Necessary Experience:

Industrial product capital equipment sale, especially process and utility equipments like boiler, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, sterlizers, water treatment equipment, cooling towers, industrial fans etc. - where in user base of these products is spread across various industries like Pharma, Food etc.

Preferred experience :

  • HVAC Configuration and Selection
  • HVAC & Refrigeration basics, A know how on Air handling units, Dehumidifiers, Fans, Automation/PLC. Pharma, food, Cold Storage industry
  • Should have knowledge about the commercial aspect including contractual terms, payment terms, liquidity damages (LD clause), bank guarantee, delivery terms

Skills :

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience in using ERP and CRM is preferred
