  • Achieving monthly collection targets and contributing to the company's financial health.
  • Collaborating with internal departments, such as finance and customer service, to address client concerns.
  • Ensuring all collection activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Preparing regular reports on collection activities and the status of outstanding accounts.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
  • Proficiency in basic accounting or financial principles.
  • Good stress management and problem-solving abilities.
