Role Overview :

The Inside Sales Manager will play a
key role in promoting and enrolling nurses and nursing students (B.Sc Nursing / GNM)
into our exclusive
German Language Program
, designed to prepare candidates for
high-paying nursing careers in Germany
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify & Engage :
    Identify, approach, and engage
    nurses and nursing students
    interested in building an international career.
  • Program Promotion :
    Conduct
    presentations, seminars, and one-on-one sessions
    across nursing colleges, hospitals, and online platforms.
  • Program Explanation :
    Clearly explain the
    program structure, pricing, career benefits
    , and pathways to employment in Germany.
  • Candidate Assessment :
    Evaluate candidates'
    eligibility, motivation, and readiness
    for the program.
  • End-to-End Enrollment :
    Guide candidates through
    documentation, payment
    , and the complete enrollment process.
  • Relationship Management :
    Build strong relationships with
    nursing institutions, student groups, hospitals, and healthcare networks
    .
  • Follow-ups & Support :
    Ensure consistent follow-ups, address queries, and support candidates until successful enrollment.
  • Collaboration :
    Work closely with the
    Language Program team
    and other stakeholders to achieve monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills & Background

  • Bachelor's degree;
    experience in Inside Sales
    within
    education, healthcare, or recruitment
    preferred.
  • Excellent
    communication & presentation skills
    in English and Hindi.
  • Passionate
    about helping individuals achieve
    international career opportunities
    .
  • Self-driven, result-oriented
    , and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
  • Experience working with
    nursing colleges, hospitals
    , or similar networks is an added advantage.
  • Strong
    networking and relationship-building
    skills.
