You'llwork alongside industry specialists and technology experts to help customersmaximize AWS and accelerate their transformation journeys across cloud,cybersecurity, digital, and generative AI domains. RequirementsKey Responsibilities - Drive sales for AWS cloud services, cyber securityservices, digital services, and generative AI solutions portfolio within theassigned region. - Understand customers' overall business at a high level, the way cloud andassociated technologies are used to solve the customer problems, andarticulating the best fit solutions. - Lead discussions on cloud architecture and offerings, coordinating withtechnical teams as required. - Engage existing clients to identify new opportunities; prospect new clientsto generate leads and close deals. - Build strategic relationships with CXOs and key decision -makers; conduct AWSsolution demos and develop presales documentation independently. - Collaborate with AWS regional field sales teams for joint customerengagements. - Work closely with AWS and other technology partner managers to source leads,gather market intelligence, and drive deals to closure. - Represent Workmates at regional cloud events and industry trade shows. - Consistently deliver on sales targets with an aggressive, goal -drivenapproach. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, timely collections, and contractrenewals. - Demonstrate leadership, ownership, and accountability as a strong teamplayer. - Independently manage key accounts and direct sales activities. - Be proactive, self -motivated, and eager to learn new cloud concepts andofferings.Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in engineering/ business administration,or related field. - Minimum of 6 years in sales leadership with a strong track record of meeting salesgoals. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Sound understanding of AWS Cloud Services, cyber security, and digitaltechnologies. - Prior experience in cloud, cyber security, or digital services sales ismandatory.Key Skills & Attributes - Proven success in direct sales and key account management. - Strong knowledge of the AWS and/or Hyperscale Cloud ecosystem. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Customer -centric mindset with a clear drive to deliver results. - Strong leadership qualities and effective collaboration skills. - Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
