ecosystem Role Overview In this role you will Define strategy and technology roadmap for the Cloud and Customer Solutions Cyber Security Programs Provide hands-on technical capability and embed with the CDO Cloud Architecture Team to deliver high value outcomes to the business Be responsible for identifying IT solutions build a cybersecurity design and assessment framework implementing the framework leading the assessments and evaluations of existing solutions and leading the remediation of cyber security risks or vulnerabilities Document secure architecture and design strategies and roadmaps for cloud and customer solutions Ensure cyber security risks and vulnerabilities are logged analyzed and vetted for accuracy within SLAs Create and configure required cyber capabilities within the GE Digital Cloud Environment Identify and deliver appropriate metrics to drive cloud and customer security solutions reporting framework based on business risk Collaborate with other GE Business Units to benchmark Cloud and Customer Solutions Cyber Security capabilities and processes Lead strategic projects and initiatives with broad scope and high impact to the business and be a recognized expert in security architecture and design Lead the implementation of cloud and customer solutions cyber security standards and policies to protect GE Transportation s information and business operations Lead the assessment of cloud and 3rd party hosted environments Continually evaluate new threats solutions and the impact on IT and Business operations and balancing these needs to develop and implement the best security solutions for the business Represent GE Digital interests on GE-wide cloud and customer solutions cyber security initiatives Qualifications Requirements Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or STEM Majors Science Technology Engineering and Math with minimum of 4 years of experience Desired Characteristics Technical Expertise Ability to consult customer on alignment of outcomes and desired technical solutions at an enterprise level Ability to Analyze design and develop a software solution roadmap and implementation plan based upon a current vs future state of the business Working knowledge of configuration choices and related cost implications Experience with complex solution configurations Knowledgeable of full range of solution catalog within a business unit and able to discuss overall solution at depth Experience sustaining operational stability through various life cycle phases planning implementation steady state de-commissioning Ability to provision and budget via capital and operating Able to lead early stage customer interactions Guide customers as they develop confidence and comfort with approaches and integrate with their legacy tech investments Working knowledge of cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services and Azure Experience working with developers to understand their needs and translating that to infrastructure Business Acumen Adept at navigating the organizational matrix understanding people s roles can foresee obstacles identify workarounds leverage resources and rally teammates Understand how internal and or external business model works and facilitate active customer engagement Able to articulate the value of what is most important to the business customer to achieve outcomes Able to produce functional area information in sufficient detail for cross-functional teams to utilize using presentation and storytelling concepts Possess extensive knowledge of full solution catalog within a business unit and proficiency in discussing each area at an advanced level Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or equivalent quality certification Leadership Demonstrated working knowledge of
