About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Executive for our Surat location. The role involves assisting clients, handling inquiries, providing after-sales support, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure timely resolution of their issues.
  • Provide product and service-related information and guidance to customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order processing, account activation, and follow-ups.
  • Manage and update client records in CRM or internal systems.
  • Support clients in understanding platform features (e.g., or similar B2B platforms).
  • Follow up with customers for feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Prepare daily and weekly customer support reports.
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred: business, commerce, or marketing).
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service or client handling (freshers can also apply).
  • Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi/Gujarati preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
  • Customer-focused approach with a positive and energetic attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
