Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Marketing Executive (In-Office) to join our logistics company. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English, Tamil, and Malayalam, and a strong understanding of marketing and client communication within the logistics or service sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound client communications professionally.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and coordinate for logistics service requirements.
  • Generate and follow up on business leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and client reports.
  • Assist the marketing team with customer service, branding, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of marketing activities and update CRM/database systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: MBA or Any Graduate (Marketing specialization preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in marketing, logistics, or service-related industries
  • Gender: Male / Female
  • Skills Required:
  • Fluency in English, Tamil, and Malayalam (mandatory)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and relationship management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
