Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rajkot for a Digital Marketing Executive. The Digital Marketing
Executive
will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing campaigns, focusing on social media marketing, lead generation, and web analytics. Daily tasks include developing and implementing marketing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing results. The role also involves collaborating with other team members to drive online brand visibility and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Create and manage content for social media platforms and the company website

Optimize content for SEO and monitor website performance (using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console)

Run and analyze paid ad campaigns to ensure maximum ROI

Monitor and report on campaign performance and key metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, etc.)

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Assist in email marketing, SMS campaigns, and automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)

Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and developers for campaign execution

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Proven experience in a digital marketing or similar role

Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing

Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS

Creative writing or video editing skills
