Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Influencer Marketing Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will assist the Marketing team in the identification of influencers that align with our client's brand values, executing influencer campaigns, and tracking performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about social media, influencer culture, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the research and identification of potential influencers for various client campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Linkedin, etc.)
  • Help manage influencer outreach, communication, and relationship-building.
  • Support in coordinating influencer collaborations, ensuring timely content delivery, and assisting with campaign execution.
  • Monitor influencer campaign performance by tracking engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, etc.).
  • Analyze and compile influencer performance reports, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Assist in creating influencer marketing proposals, contracts, and creative briefs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in influencer marketing and social media.
  • Support the team in brainstorming and developing influencer campaign ideas.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining influencer databases and managing campaign timelines.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and influencer culture.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and influencer tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing tools is a plus.
  • Prior internship or experience in social media management or digital marketing is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
