About Us

Bumfy is a fast-growing sustainable babycare brand creating high-performance reusable diapers for modern parents. We are looking for a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager who can craft powerful stories, manage influencer collaborations, and build engaging digital content that connects with parents.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing

  • Research, identify, and approach relevant influencers for collaborations.
  • Send proposals, finalize terms, and manage influencer partnerships.
  • Handle product dispatches to influencers and track each influencer's order/shipment status.
  • Ensure influencers share raw footage on time for brand use.
  • Maintain an updated tracker of all collaborations, deadlines, and deliverables.

Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Write scripts and creative briefs that communicate Bumfy's brand story in an emotional, authentic way.
  • Use raw influencer content to craft impactful narratives.
  • Create AI voiceovers to bring stories to life.
  • Perform basic video editing (cutting, trimming, adding captions, transitions) to ensure content is brand-ready.
  • Focus on building storytelling-led reels, ads, and shorts that emotionally resonate with parents.

Social Media Management

  • Plan, schedule, and publish posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Track content performance, generate reports, and optimize strategies.
  • Stay updated with social trends, especially in parenting and lifestyle niches.
  • Engage with followers via comments, DMs, and interactive content.

Requirements

  • Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills (non-negotiable).
  • Basic video editing proficiency (comfortable with tools like CapCut, VN, InShot, or Premiere Pro basics).
  • Experience in influencer outreach and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for voiceovers and automation (advantage).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple collaborations.
  • Passion for sustainability, parenting, or lifestyle branding is a plus.
