Job Summary:

Postlyf Studio is seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our on-site team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and enhancing our clients' social media presence across platforms, including LinkedIn. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing effective strategies, creating engaging content, scheduling and managing daily posts, running paid ad campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to drive brand visibility, engagement, and business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
  • Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) tailored to each platform.
  • Manage LinkedIn as a key professional platform, focusing on brand awareness, B2B engagement, and professional networking.
  • Monitor all social media accounts, engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction.
  • Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), including audience targeting and budget allocation.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, provide regular reports, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Keep up with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our brand stays relevant and competitive.
  • Collaborate with influencers, partners, and other third parties to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Assist with content creation for graphics, video, and photography as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn and its B2B networking potential.
  • Strong knowledge of other major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to create engaging and creative content for various platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work from the office and collaborate with in-house teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with social media advertising, including LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads etc.
  • Skills in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Previous experience in the creative industry, digital marketing
