**About Us**:
We run a fast-growing Instagram page focused on delivering high-quality educational content to a wide audience. Our content is informative, engaging, and designed to empower learners. We're looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to help grow our presence and engagement online.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase followers and engagement.
- Plan and schedule content (Reels, Stories, Posts) in coordination with the content team.
- Write engaging and on-brand captions with relevant hashtags.
- Monitor trends and viral content in the educational niche.
- Run and optimize Instagram ad campaigns (if applicable).
- Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports on growth, reach, and engagement.
- Engage with the audience by replying to comments, DMs, and participating in relevant conversations.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience managing Instagram or other social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends, and engagement strategies.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools for creating posts and stories.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Self-motivated, creative thinker, and able to work independently.
- Interest or background in educational or learning content is a plus.

**Bonus Skills (Optional but Preferred)**:

- Experience in running paid ad campaigns on Instagram.
- Influencer outreach and collaboration management.
- SEO and hashtag optimization knowledge.
