We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our growing team. As a Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. **Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Strategy**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives.
- Identify key social media platforms for our target audience and tailor content accordingly.

**Content Creation and Curation**:

- Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Curate relevant and trending content to share across social channels.

**Community Engagement**:

- Foster a sense of community and engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
- Encourage user-generated content and collaboration with influencers to enhance brand reach.

**Campaign Management**:

- Plan and execute social media campaigns for upcoming events, promotions, and collaborations.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize social media analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on social media performance.
- Use insights to refine and optimize social media strategies.

**Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social media channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to maintain a cohesive brand identity.

**Stay Updated on Industry Trends**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in social media marketing.
- Recommend and implement new strategies and technologies to keep the company ahead of the curve.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and content aesthetics.
- Knowledge of the event management industry is a plus.
- Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing Certification
