Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development:
  • Conceptualize, design, and launch innovative travel packages across global destinations.
  • Ensure itineraries are detailed, engaging, and enriched with cultural, immersive, and transformative experiences.

  • Customize products for target audiences including FITs, groups, retreats, and FAM trips.

  • Market Research & Trend Analysis:

  • Analyze competitor offerings, destination trends, and customer demands.
  • Identify opportunities for new destinations and special experiences.

Pricing & Profitability:

Prepare competitive costing and pricing strategies while ensuring profitability and agent commissions.

  • Negotiate with DMCs, hotels, and vendors for best rates and value-added inclusions
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Regularly review existing products to enhance quality, optimize itineraries, and maintain competitiveness.
  • Ensure consistency in delivering Culture Holidays' brand promise of transformative travel.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience in Travel Product Development with a travel company.
  • Strong understanding of global destinations, hotels, DMCs, and vendor networks.
  • Expertise in creating, costing, and pricing international and domestic travel packages.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with suppliers, DMCs, hotels, and other service providers.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to design innovative offerings.
  • Hands-on experience in customizing itineraries for FITs, groups, retreats, and special-interest travel.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel (costing/pricing), and travel industry CRM tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to work with B2B agents and international partners.
