Job Overview : We are looking for an experienced Networking Engineer with a strong understanding of network scaling, routing protocols, and hands-on experience in Python programming. You will be responsible for designing and implementing network solutions that ensure scalability, efficiency, and reliability, while automating networking tasks using Python. This role will require you to work closely with teams to enhance our network infrastructure, manage traffic routing, and build tools to monitor and scale our systems.

Key Responsibilities : Network Design & Scaling :

• Design and optimize scalable network architectures.
• Plan and implement solutions to scale network infrastructure based on growing business requirements.
• Optimize network performance and implement strategies for load balancing and fault tolerance.

Routing & Protocols :

• Implement and manage dynamic routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, and others.
• Troubleshoot routing issues, configure and maintain routers and switches.
• Design and deploy custom routing algorithms to improve network performance.

Python Scripting & Automation :

• Write Python scripts to automate network configuration, testing, and maintenance tasks.
• Develop tools to monitor and manage network infrastructure.
• Use libraries such as Netmiko, NTP, Paramiko, and Scapy to interact with networking devices.
• Implement automation for deploying and scaling network devices, configurations, and services.

Network Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting :

• Develop custom monitoring solutions to track network health, traffic patterns, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and debug network issues using Python and relevant libraries.
• Collect and analyze network data to suggest optimizations and improvements.

Collaboration & Documentation :

• Work with cross-functional teams to identify network requirements and improve performance.
• Document network architectures, configurations, scripts, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications : Technical Skills :

• Strong knowledge of IP routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, EIGRP.
• Hands-on experience with network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Proficiency in Python programming for network automation and scripting.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix) and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with network scaling techniques such as SDN (Software Defined Networking), NFV (Network Functions Virtualization), and cloud networking.Networking Certifications (Optional but Preferred) :
• CCNP or CCIE (Cisco Certified Network Professional/Expert).
• CompTIA Network or other relevant certifications.
• Python-related certifications (e.g., PCEP
• Python Institute, PCAP).

Soft Skills :

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience :

• Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrating cloud environments with on-premise networks.
• Familiarity with network security concepts and practices (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, SSL/TLS).
• Experience with containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and networking within these environments.
