Role Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Non-IT Recruiter
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle for U.S.-based clients — sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified candidates for direct-hire roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Loxo, and other U.S. platforms
- Screen resumes and assess fit based on client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Maintain daily/weekly outreach reports and trackers
- Work collaboratively with our U.S. team (Chicago HQ)
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of
U.S. Non-IT Recruitment
experience - Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficient in Boolean search and sourcing tools
- Comfortable working the
U.S. EST shift (6 PM – 3 AM IST) - Immediate joiners preferred
