Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

About the Role:

We're looking for a
Sourcer
to join our team and help identify and connect with top talent across various roles. This position requires working in the
U.S. Eastern Time (EST) night shift
and involves building strong candidate pipelines, engaging passive talent, and supporting hiring goals for our international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
• Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for multiple positions.
• Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening to assess interest and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand job requirements.
• Track and update candidate information accurately in internal systems.
• Stay informed on sourcing trends, tools, and competitive hiring strategies.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a
  Sourcer
  or in a related sourcing/research role.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Comfortable working
  night shifts (EST time zone)
  .
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
