**The Role**:
We are looking for a passionate, hard-working, and talented Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help build innovation & has great analytical skills. You will have an enormous opportunity & freedom with promised career growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a member of our Recruitment team, you're going to have a wide-ranging group of responsibilities and goals. On a day to day basis, this means:

- Work with outside headhunters and staffing agencies to identify new talent in outside sales.
- Review and analyze resumes using our in-house ATS software program.
- Interview potential sales as well as IT staff members using industry-standard techniques.
- Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process.
- Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Human Resources/related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Minimum 1+ years of working knowledge of the sales industry and IT (both preferable)
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
- Ability to travel when necessary (less than 25%)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines and targets
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
