This role is to work only on the direct client's requirements. **Role: - Jr. US IT Recruiter** **Work Location: Hyderabad ( Work from the office)** **Work Timings - 6:30 PM IST - 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)** **Experience Level: - 2 Years (Genuine Only)** **Roles and Responsibilities** - Regularly interacting with the Account Manager in the US to understand the requirements. - Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting. - Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with a quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition. - Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as headhunting, Internet sourcing, networking, and employee referrals. - Must be willing to work in night shifts - Must have Sound knowledge of IT and Technical concepts - time positions). - Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools. - Must have good rate/ salary negotiation and closing skills.
