ExxonMobil's affiliates have offices in India in Bengaluru, Mumbai and the National Capital Region.

ExxonMobil's affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. The India planning teams are also embedded with global business units for business planning and analytics.

ExxonMobil's LNG affiliate in India supporting the upstream business provides consultant services for other ExxonMobil upstream affiliates and conducts LNG market-development activities.

The Global Business Center - Technology Center provides a range of technical and business support services for ExxonMobil's operations around the globe.

What role you will play in our team

Planning analyst: will evaluate and improve the organization's planning processes by gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making.

What you will do

• Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data to support planning activities.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations.
• Process Evaluation: Evaluate current planning processes and recommend improvements.
• Collaboration: Work with finance, operations, and other departments to align planning activities.
• KPI Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Strategic Planning: Assist in developing annual/long-term strategic plans.
• Scenario Analysis: Conduct scenario analysis and forecasting.
• Model Maintenance: Maintain and update planning models and tools.

About You

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering/Technology (in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil. Electrical, Production, industrial, plastic, petrochemical, electronics are preferred) with GPA 6.5+.
• 3-7 years in data analysis and planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Power BI, excellent communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, attention to detail, strong organizational skills.
