Experience Range - 2+years

Mandatory Requirement :

Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in a front-end investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or related financial analysis role.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Analytical & Investment Support

  2. Build and maintain financial models, investment memos, pitch materials, and portfolio summaries for internal and external stakeholders.

  3. Conduct company valuations, market sizing, competitive landscaping, and scenario analyses across early- and growth-stage companies.

  4. Support the investment team by identifying key insights, risks, and opportunities, and present findings in a structured, data-driven manner.

  5. Deal Execution Support

  6. Collaborate closely with the Execution/Investment Team throughout the deal lifecycle, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with investment theses.

  7. Assist in due diligence, including customer/market checks, data room reviews, and reference calls.

  8. Coordinate communication with founders, advisors, and internal stakeholders; incorporate feedback to refine analyses and investment materials.

  9. Portfolio & Market Engagement

  10. Track and analyze portfolio company performance, preparing regular updates and dashboards.

  11. Monitor sector trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to support thesis development and pipeline generation.

  12. Participate in founder meetings, demo days, and ecosystem events to build networks and identify promising startups.

  13. Professional Growth & Development

  14. Work closely with senior investors and partners to learn best practices in deal structuring, investment evaluation, and stakeholder communication.

  15. Follow a clear growth path from Analyst → Senior Analyst → Associate, gaining exposure across multiple sectors and stages.
  16. Develop strong problem-solving, financial, and strategic thinking skills through hands-on deal experience.
