Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Planning Analyst, located in Bengaluru. The Financial Planning Analyst will be responsible for preparing financial forecasts, creating financial models, and handling budgeting processes. The role requires analyzing financial data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations, assisting the company in achieving both short-term and long-term financial goals. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource utilization and support strategic decision-making processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or relevant

postgraduate qualification is a plus but not required).

 3-8 yrs years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting.

 Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial

modeling.

 Familiarity with US GAAP (preferred but not mandatory).

 Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

 Ability to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

 Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working independently and in a collaborative,

team-oriented environment.
