Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A). In this role, the analyst will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to drive business decisions. Key tasks include preparing and analyzing financial statements, conducting detailed financial reporting, and identifying trends to support long-term strategy. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and ensure the financial health of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Financial Planning and Finance processes
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Financial Statements
  • Proficiency in Financial Reporting and the ability to interpret key metrics
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with financial software tools and systems is an advantage
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis
