About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Finance professional who has strong foundation in financial analysis, a good understanding of accounting concepts, and experience working with financial data to support forecasting, reporting, and model enhancement.
This will be an opportunity to join the Financial Planning and Analysis team and to be heavily involved with the Company's cycles of reporting and will play a key role to ensure financial data integrity and accuracy with the potential to increase responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Working knowledge of P&L and Balance Sheet structures to interpret financial performance and impact of business decisions.
  2. Assist in updating and maintaining financial models, ensuring they reflect current business and accounting realities.
  3. Understand and accurately map accounting entries to the financial models maintained by the team, evaluating their impact on general financial reporting.
  4. Collaborate with accounting and systems teams to contribute to the automation and improvement of financial processes.
  5. Support the manual accrual process and help build a more integrated forecast approach that aligns with accounting data.
  6. Apply Excel skills and analytical thinking to develop insights and update the financial models.
  7. ​Enhance controls and streamline processes, introducing automation where possible.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a Financial Analyst, FP&A, or Data Analyst role.
  • Exposure to insurance or financial services industry preferred but not required.
  • Good understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and core accounting concepts.
  • Proficiency in Excel; additional tools (Power BI, SQL, etc.) are a plus.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
  • Work closely with the Management team to understand requirements, drive process efficiency and proactively highlight any exposure
  • Experience working with financial or accounting systems.
  • Ideal for candidates with data analytics and finance-focused backgrounds.
  • Qualifications : MBA from a good institute with specialization in Finance, including Financial Planning, Budgeting. B.Com/M.Com with a great aptitude to data & FP&A can also be a fit.
