Job Title: Sales Head – Pune (Solar Experience is must)
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
CTC: Up to ₹55,000 CTC per month
Male candidates only
Age : 25 to 40 years
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Head for our Solar Division at the Pune location. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Solar Field Sales with a proven track record in onboarding and managing dealers, vendors, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage dealer, vendor, and distributor networks in the assigned region.
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare sales reports and provide strategic inputs to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Solar Field Sales.
- Proven experience in dealer/vendor/distributor onboarding and management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with field sales exposure.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pune.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹540, ₹660,000.00 per year
