Engineer - Customer Interaction Suite

Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Cisco Voice Engineer (L1) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of Cisco voice solutions, good troubleshooting skills, and a willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift. This role involves basic support for Cisco Cloud Contact Center (Webex CC) and assisting in voice infrastructure operations in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for Cisco Voice solutions, including Webex Contact Center (CC), CUCM, and Voice Gateways.
Assist in handling and escalating incidents related to voice infrastructure.
Perform basic troubleshooting of voice-related issues, including call quality and connectivity.
Support MACD (Moves, Adds, Changes, and Deletions) requests within Cisco voice environments.
Follow standard procedures to log, document, and resolve issues in collaboration with L2/L3 engineers.
Monitor voice infrastructure for basic health checks and alert escalations.
Assist in maintaining documentation for configurations and troubleshooting steps.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of Cisco Voice technologies, including CUCM and Webex CC.
Understanding of SIP, VoIP, and PSTN connectivity.
Familiarity with basic networking concepts (IP, VLANs, VPNs).
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to follow SOPs and escalate issues when required.
Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift.
