Job Title: Quadient Inspire Scaler , interactive Developer

Location: Hybrid ( Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pue , Chennai )

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Role Summary:

Rihusoft is hiring Quadient Developers with strong hands-on experience in Inspire Scaler and interactive as a core and mandatory skill. The ideal candidate will be responsible for orchestrating Scaler workflows, automating production processes, and integrating Scaler with Inspire Designer, Automation, and Interactive modules to deliver scalable and personalized communications.

Inspire Scaler (Mandatory):

- Design, configure, and optimize Scaler workflows for high-volume banking communications (e.g., monthly statements, notices, alerts).
- Manage on-demand and scheduled batch jobs, ensuring SLA adherence for time-sensitive financial communications.
- Integrate Scaler workflows with banks core systems, Inspire Designer templates, and Automation modules.
- Implement error handling, failover, and recovery processes for critical banking communications.
- Monitor production output for accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

Inspire Interactive ( Mandatory ) :

- Develop Interactive templates for customer-facing banking documents, such as:
- Loan agreements
- Account opening forms
- Credit card statements
- Service request confirmations
- Configure Interactive blocks, rules, and data masters to ensure consistency across multiple channels (email, print, SMS).
- Work with business analysts to create reusable content components and branding assets for rapid deployment.

General CCM Duties:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate banking business requirements into scalable CCM solutions.
- Integrate Quadient outputs into digital banking platforms, mobile apps, and print distribution systems.
- Maintain security protocols for handling sensitive financial data in compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, RBI, and other relevant regulations.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, conduct peer code reviews, and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in Quadient Inspire Suite with at least 2+ years of hands-on Inspire Scaler and Inspire Interactive.
- Strong understanding of banking workflows and customer communication processes.
- Experience in data mapping, document formatting, and multichannel delivery (print, email, SMS, digital vault).
- Proficiency in scripting languages: XML, PowerShell, Batch scripting.
- Familiarity with SQL and financial data processing.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale, regulated CCM projects for the banking sector.
- Quadient certification (Scaler/Interactive/Designer) preferred.

Bonus Points For:

- Experience in integrating Quadient outputs with core banking systems (e.g., Finacle, T24, Flexcube).
- Exposure to cloud banking environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Knowledge of barcode generation, MICR printing, and secure statement distribution.
- CI/CD, scripting, or integration experience with Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
- Familiarity with Agile, Jira, Confluence, and documentation best practices.
