Job Title: HR Manager - Distribution Network

Position Summary:

The HR Manager will be a key strategic partner and a hands-on leader, responsible for all aspects of the human resources function within our dynamic distribution network. With over 8 years of progressive HR experience, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the logistics and supply chain industry. This role requires a strong focus on talent management, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring our HR strategies align with our business goals to foster a positive, productive, and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Lead end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles, including warehouse staff, truck drivers, and administrative personnel. Develop proactive talent pipelines to meet operational demands.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance review process, provide coaching to managers, and support the development of high-performing teams.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and in compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Learning & Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills, including safety training, leadership development, and operational best practices.
  • HRIS & Data Analytics: Utilize HR information systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate records, generate reports, and analyze key HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment costs to inform decision-making.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all HR practices and policies are in full compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including those specific to the transportation and logistics industry.
  • Culture & Engagement: Champion our company culture, lead employee engagement initiatives, and promote a safe, inclusive, and positive workplace.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Proven experience working within a logistics, supply chain, or distribution network is mandatory.
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. labor laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, FLSA, ADA, DOT regulations).
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹100,000.00 per month
