About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager - HR to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, who can independently manage day-to-day HR functions and work closely with the HR Manager. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a quick learner, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Post jobs and source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with internal teams.
  • Manage candidate pipeline and hiring trackers using ATS or Excel.
  • Coordinate offer rollouts and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

HR Operations

  • Manage employee documentation such as offer letters, confirmation letters and exit letters.
  • Assist in onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Assist in planning & execution of employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Coordinate travel and relocation logistics for employees as needed.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRMS.
  • Support exit formalities and full-and-final documentation.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in HR or a similar professional qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and ATS tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with HRMS, preferably Keka.
