About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager - HR to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, who can independently manage day-to-day HR functions and work closely with the HR Manager. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a quick learner, and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Post jobs and source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with internal teams.
- Manage candidate pipeline and hiring trackers using ATS or Excel.
- Coordinate offer rollouts and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
HR Operations
- Manage employee documentation such as offer letters, confirmation letters and exit letters.
- Assist in onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Assist in planning & execution of employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Coordinate travel and relocation logistics for employees as needed.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRMS.
- Support exit formalities and full-and-final documentation.
Qualifications:
- MBA in HR or a similar professional qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Hands-on experience with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and ATS tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with HRMS, preferably Keka.
