About the Role:

We are hiring enthusiastic and result-driven candidates for the Outbound Process with IDFC FIRST Bank. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining banking products, and generating sales leads. Candidates with good communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell banking products.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly and convincingly.
  • Maintain and update the database with accurate customer information.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism in every interaction.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum HSC qualification (Graduates preferred).
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

  • Skills:

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.

  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.

  • Basic computer knowledge.

  • Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

  • Shift Timing: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
  • Week Off: Sunday fixed (or as per company policy).

Compensation:

  • Salary: 14,500 (In-hand) per month
  • Incentives: Unlimited, performance-based
