Process: IDFC - Personal loan sales Executive
Qualification: Min Hsc Pass
Location: Kapurbavadi Junction, Majiwada, Thane (W
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell banking products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly and convincingly.
- Maintain and update the database with accurate customer information.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism in every interaction.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum HSC qualification (Graduates preferred).
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
- Shift Timing: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
- Week Off: Sunday fixed (or as per company policy).
Compensation:
- Salary: 14,500 (In-hand) per month
- Incentives: Unlimited, performance-based
