Job Role: Cross Sales Executive IDFC FIRST Bank

Job Description: We are hiring for the Cross Sales Process for IDFC FIRST Bank. The role involves promoting and selling the banks financial products to existing or potential customers. Candidates must have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Salary:

  • Freshers: 15,000 (in hand)
  • Experienced: 20,500 (in hand), 25,000 CTC

Shift Timings: 9:30 PM to 6:30 PM

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: 6 days a week

Week Off: Sunday (fixed)

Location: Relaible tech park, Airoli Navi Mumbai

Interview Process:

  1. HR Round
  2. Client Interview (Face-to-Face)
  3. Aptitude Test

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a night shift and target-based sales role
