Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Junior Sales Executive. The Junior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, maintaining client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals. Daily tasks include cold calling, attending sales meetings, creating and presenting sales proposals, and tracking sales performance. The candidate will work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-oriented mindset with experience in cold calling and client acquisition
  • Ability to create and present compelling sales proposals
  • Proficiency in tracking and analyzing sales performance
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
