About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Conceptualiser to join our XP&D Platform team. The role demands fresh thinking, a passion for creativity, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful concepts and compelling copy. You will closely support the Creative Director and work across campaigns, activations, and integrated brand solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Creative Director in brainstorming, ideation, and execution of concepts for campaigns, events, and brand activations.
  • Write engaging, clear, and brand-consistent copy for digital, on-ground, and integrated platforms.
  • Support in creating pitch decks and client presentations with strong storytelling.
  • Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Research trends, competitors, and audience insights to sharpen creative outputs.
  • Ensure deadlines are met with high-quality delivery.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in copywriting, advertising, or creative roles.
  • Strong command of English with the ability to adapt tone and style across mediums.
  • A flair for ideation and willingness to experiment with new formats.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and openness to feedback.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have:

  • Prior exposure to experiential marketing, events, or brand activations.
  • A portfolio of work showcasing copy and creative ideas.
